On either side of the hymenal ring are obvious filiform papules filling the whole area. This is vulvar papillomatosis.

Extensive, pink, slightly eroded plaques of HSIL (uVIN) involving all of the left interlabial sulcus and the inner aspect of the labium minor, right side of the clitoris, and in the perianal area. This condition was very itchy.
