Fordyce spots, sebaceous hyperplasia

Solid plaque of condylomata along labia minora edges and in linear thin plaques in the labiocrural folds.

Multiple condylomata in the perineum and perianal area.

Solitary condyloma just below the posterior commissure.

Multiple dome-shaped pink papules of molluscum contagiosum in the suprapubic area.

Yellow cysts of varying size along the edge of the labia minora.

Epidermal Cyst

Two large cysts with a central yellow comedonal plug at each opening.

Extensive, pink, slightly eroded plaques of HSIL (uVIN) involving all of the left interlabial sulcus and the inner aspect of the labium minor, right side of the clitoris, and in the perianal area. This condition was very itchy.
